Background and Challenge

Kaptena offers a SaaS service that assists entrepreneurs, investors, and companies with unlisted securities. With their help, it becomes easier to start, operate, own, and invest in unlisted companies.

“We have very niche and important services, which are regulated by several frameworks,” says Johanna Johansson, Product Manager for the Kapclear service and Account Manager at Kaptena.

Describing and clarifying the services on the website has been a challenge. Kaptena needed to strengthen its brand and market position.

”We were looking for a marketing team that could help us with digital marketing efforts such as advertising, improving our social channels, and a new professional website. We needed a clearer layout and a smoother CRM system for our lead process.”

Together with Smarkify, Kaptena has gained a stronger brand, clearer services, and more effective advertising. The amount of organic traffic and their conversions are steadily increasing. The website is now easier to navigate, giving Kaptena a clearer overview of its leads.
