With a Nordic marketing department of just three people, SD Worx needed to expand its workforce. They chose to buy the marketing as a service to get full flexibility.

SD Worx has 75 years of experience in payroll and HR services. Today they have customers all over the world. In 2021, they enlisted the Nordic company Aditro.

With the merger, they can jointly offer local knowledge while the Nordic customers have the opportunity to grow globally with the help of new digital services. But the transformation also meant major changes for the marketing department and staff.

While they were investing in re-branding the brand, the website and everything associated with it, the ongoing marketing needed to continue.

Soon they chose to also bring in strategic advice from Smarkify for the transformation from Aditro to SD Worx.

SD Worx has a central marketing department in Europe where there is a lot of content that we can reuse. But we need to adapt that material to the Nordic market. Smarkify has helped us with the strategic work and format on the content. They have tested themselves and come in with new knowledge that we did not have internally. They immediately understood how our content would be applied to the right market,” Lena continues.

With the help of well-tailored campaigns, the Nordic markets have been able to continue their ongoing marketing while bringing new, relevant content to their channels.
