Background and Challenge

The goldsmith Fritzell works with genuine craftsmanship and makes personalized jewelry. They know that gold has not only an economic value, but also a sentimental value to the customer.

- We create brand new, personalized jewelry, but also reuse older jewelry and turn it into something that the customer wants to wear today.

The forge is located in Stenungssund outside Gothenburg. To gain a broad customer base, branding and digital presence are important. At the same time, they were unsure how to convey the genuine feel of their brand online. A few years ago they launched their first website, but didn't get the traffic they wanted.

- I wanted to present the jewelry in a warm and personal way. When we started collaborating with you, the pieces fell into place, we found the right tonality and with the market efforts came traffic.

Campaign effort breaks leads-record

The collaboration with Smarkify started in the spring of 2024. Two campaigns were launched during the high season with their top USPs. Landing pages were optimized to appeal to the right audience and Google and Meta ads were set up after an SEO effort.

- Smarkify gave us exactly that feeling that we wanted to convey. I have had such a great response from customers who really understood what we stood for and what we could offer.

Work began in March, the campaign kicked off in April and already in June became a lead to an actual mission.

- We had reasonable expectations of what digital efforts would bring us, but this went much faster than I expected.

Today, Fritzell's ROI from advertising, has gone up to 222%. In the fall, they brought in more leads than they planned for. More and more people are coming here and customers are going to Stenungssund to visit the goldsmith in person.

- Now we have a reverse challenge where we will try to catch up with all the jobs we get. We have more missions than ever before. My ambition with the collaboration was to increase our online trade and that those who are not nearby would find our workshop, and people have certainly done that.

The next step is to set an efficient process for the high demand, then that the quotations can be handled automatically and give Anton and his team even more time for the important craft.
